We train with barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight - focusing on technique, progression, and long-term results.
This isn't random workouts or high-intensity circuits.
It's guided strength training designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and build something that lasts.
We're a boutique, bookings-only studio - not a crowded commercial gym.
Our strength sessions are run in a semi-private format, with a maximum of 6 people per session.

ST1, ST2 & Strength Session Packs
Our strength offering is designed to feel clear and approachable from day one. We use a tiered coaching structure to help members train at the right level, and we currently offer strength through session packs as part of our early rollout.
ST1
ST1 is our entry-level strength coaching tier. It is designed for members who are newer to strength training, returning after time away, or building confidence with technique and structure.

- Build confidence with barbells, dumbbells and machines
- A safe, supported place to develop real strength foundations
ST2
ST2 is for members ready to progress beyond the foundations. These sessions are still coached closely, but allow for more loading, more intent, and a stronger focus on progression over time.

- Ideal for those wanting to take training to the next level

We're currently offering strength through session packs only. This suits the early rollout, keeps things flexible, and gives members the chance to experience the coaching before we expand the offering further.
