Stefan is an experienced personal trainer that's put in many hours in the gym to transform his own body. He possess a wealth of knowledge in health and fitness and is also studying to become a physio and massage therapist.

Cam is a keen advocate in health and fitness with a great and friendly attitude. Cam has motivated many clients to succeed in the group workout environment and the personal training space. If you need a trainer, Cam is the man.

Julie is full of love and peace, she is so chilled and laid back. Julie specialise in Reformer Pilates and also known to kick a lot of ass because she instruct kids taekwondo.
