The Strength Intro is designed for people wanting a more structured and coached way to train.
Rather than being thrown into a busy gym or generic class format, you’ll experience boutique small-group strength sessions at Studio 25, with a maximum of 6 people per session. Each session is guided by a coach and designed to help you build confidence, improve technique, and develop a more consistent training routine.
This intro gives you 4 strength sessions to use over 2 weeks, allowing you to properly experience the environment, understand the structure, and see if this style of training suits you before moving into packs or ongoing training.
What to expect:
