At Studio 25, our Strength offering is built around small group, semi-private coaching. Each session is structured, progressive, and designed to help you get stronger safely — without the chaos of a crowded gym environment.
But strength alone isn’t enough.
Without balance, it can lead to tightness, poor movement patterns, or injury over time. That’s where our Reformer Pilates comes in — helping you build control, improve mobility, and strengthen the deeper muscles that support your body long term.
Some members lean more toward Pilates, others toward strength — but the combination is where the real magic happens.
We’ve designed Studio 25 to help people train in a way that actually fits real life — structured enough to create results, balanced enough to support your body for the long term.
Our Reformer Pilates sessions help you improve control, mobility, posture, and body awareness. It’s the perfect complement to strength training and a powerful standalone practice in its own right.
Our Strength sessions are built around small group, semi-private coaching. This is not a packed-out commercial gym floor or random circuit training — it’s guided, progressive training designed to help you get stronger with confidence.
We focus on progression over punishment, quality over chaos, and consistency over extremes. The goal is to help you build a routine you can actually maintain — and a body that supports you well beyond the studio.

We run structured challenges like "25 in 5" to keep you accountable, consistent, and progressing. Complete it, and you'll earn a limited-edition Studio 25 T-shirt, not something you can buy, only something you earn.
We've intentionally kept Studio 25 a private, boutique space. This means a more controlled environment, better coaching, and a stronger sense of community. We know our members by name, and the space reflects that.
