Good Day Guys
Jose here from the gym.
You’ve probably never seen me before but I’ve been working out for a while and usually in the corner. I’m not as muscly or as strong as the big human members so I’m a bit shy and stay out of the way most of the time but I do want to get stronger and have friends to train with.
Usually I go to the multi purpose HIIT room and work on things on my own and ever since I stepped foot into the gym I realised that I should of started this a long time ago.
I’ve been working all my life and neglected checking on my own health and now that I’m exercising I realise how much work I need to do to get to where I want to be and that health is the most important thing we can do for ourselves, because without health we cannot do anything!
I love the gym but I just want to get stronger so I can keep working hard.
