I started here a little while ago, when I first came I was with my friend and then she does her own thing now. You can catch me somewhere around the bench press working on my chest muscles or in the pilates room trying to stay injury free so I can keep lifting weights. Geez it’s a lot to cram in and sometimes I do 2 sessions in one day but sometimes I think I’m just over doing it.. Well hope you train well, and if you ever need a spot, get me a yell!
