Our pilates classes are core and body part focused so each day we will focus on a specific area such as Legs & Core, Back & Core, Glutes & Core, Strong Stretch and more. This is to ensure you can go to every class of the week without repeating a sore body part.
Pilates go hand in hand with strength and conditioning exercises in the multi-purpose weight room.
Our interval training classes are in the multi-purpose HIIT studio that will help you gain muscle and lose weight.
Atleast one HIIT session is recommended if you mostly do pilates or atleast one pilates session is recommended if you mostly do HIIT.
We also offer personal training for both sides. We recommend getting an intro offer to come into the studio, experience our facilities and meet the people, check out the options below.
