How to pause or cancel your membership
At Studio 25, we aim to keep things simple, fair and transparent for all members. This page outlines the correct process so your request is received, recorded and handled properly.
All pause and cancellation requests must be emailed

Requests we cannot process
To avoid missed messages or delays, we cannot process pause or cancellation requests via:
- Text message
- Instagram or Facebook messages
- In-person conversations
- Messages sent directly to trainers
10 days' notice required
A minimum of 10 days' notice is required for all membership pauses and cancellations.
Late requests may result in one additional billing cycle, depending on the timing of your next scheduled payment.
Pausing your membership
We understand life happens - travel, illness, family commitments or simply needing a short break.
- Email your request with at least 10 days' notice
- Include your full name
- Include your requested pause start and end dates
- Your pause is only confirmed once our team replies by email
Cancelling your membership
To cancel your membership, please email us with your full name and cancellation request.
Once received and confirmed, we'll finalise your membership according to the notice period.

Our trainers are often coaching sessions, supporting members and running classes throughout the day.
