Combining Reformer Pilates with HIIT and resistance training is our recommendation. Our Combo Membership gives you access to both so you can gain the results of flexibility, strength and cardio. Most clients consult with us for their most suitable plan. We suggest that you get the combination intro offer to experience both for 2 weeks and then have a chat with one of our Goal Getter Coaches to start the right way.
