Alright peeps — Autumn 25 in 5 is back 🍂
This one’s all about showing up. 25 training days across 5 weeks. No doubling up. No shortcuts. Just consistency, momentum, and feeling bloody good through Autumn.
Starts: Monday 16 February
Finishes: Friday 27 March
Come in, train once for the day, tick the box, repeat. Whether you’re lifting, doing Pilates, or mixing both — every day you show up counts as one tick.
Two training spaces. One philosophy.
Studio 25 isn’t one-dimensional. We’re a large, purpose-built studio with two dedicated training spaces:
- Reformer Pilates Studio — boutique style with limited numbers, so instructors can actually coach you
- Strength Training Studio — focused on strength, conditioning, and building confidence under load
As a member, you get access to both sides. You can train in one, or mix them together — and we encourage that balance.
During the challenge, you’re free to choose Pilates, Strength, or both. Just remember: multiple sessions in one day still count as one tick. This challenge rewards consistency, not burnout.
Our method works best when you train both sides.
If you lift a lot, Pilates keeps you moving well.
If you do a lot of Pilates, strength builds resilience.
