
As we age, our bodies naturally lose muscle and strength - resistance training is vital for healthy bones, better metabolism, and stress balance. That's why our HIIT program includes strength-focused sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays, cardio HIIT on Mondays and Wednesdays to keep your heart and lungs strong and help reduce body fat, and a Hybrid Strength & Cardio blend on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays to keep things fun and flexible.
But we also know the downsides - pushing hard without balance can lead to joint pain, back issues, or niggling injuries. That's where our boutique Reformer Pilates comes in. We help you strengthen your core, work deeper muscles, stretch properly (we all skip it otherwise!) and build control. We even run a dedicated Stretch Class with Julie Holis on Fridays - a community favourite.
Some of our members love Pilates so much they only do that - and that's okay! We'll still gently remind you that adding even one strength session a week (or fortnight, if youβre too busy doing Pilates π) can help you stay strong for life.

And yes β we've made it convenient too. You'll find over 25 private car parks just for our members, accessible via 2 Case Street, Maribyrnong.

At the end of the day, Studio 25 is a place to move, sweat, stretch, laugh, and connect with people who care about staying healthy and stronger β together. Our members become great friends outside of the studio and after a sweaty workout everybody sits around and chat for awhile.
