Our very first 25 in 5 Challenge Autumn edition has kicked off this week.
After the success of our Winter, Spring, and Summer challenges last year, we’re excited to see our community take it on once again!
The challenge is simple . . .
5 weeks. 25 sessions.

The impact goes far beyond just ticking off sessions.
Here at Studio25, we created the challenge to help our members:
- stay accountable,
- build consistent training habits, and
- stay motivated
by being part of this challenge with our S25 community. Not only for a part of the year, but for every season, all year round.

Whether it’s Pilates, strength, or a mix of both, showing up alongside your fellow members creates an energy that keeps you going, even on the days motivation is low.
And at the finish line . . .
Members who successfully complete the challenge will receive exclusive Studio 25 merch.
This Autumn challenge prize will be a limited edition t-shirt (stayed tuned).
