Our Pilates sessions include traditional reformer pilates lead by our pilates instructors or Reformer and Mat Pilates hybrid. We have classes suitable for all fitness levels and welcome all to the studio.
Time and time again we are told by clients that they aren't ready and then find out it's not as hard as it seems but just takes a few sessions to get the hang of it. Take it at your own pace and let our friendly instructors guide you through your fitness journey. For pilates, as your technique gets better the exercises become more challenging and we recommend starting slow as we believe in longevity and sustainability. We don't recommend doing HIIT classes with heavy weights everyday as it can be over exerting the body while members can do Pilates 6 - 7 days per week.
We recommend a Hybrid approach with HIIT and Pilates combined as we experience pilates clients after years of doing pilates struggle to do 2 full form push ups and HIIT clients not able to hold 2 min planks because of single studios only able to provide one service. Here at Studio 25 we have both and members on the standard weekly unlimited can come as many times to be the best of both worlds.

Our HIIT classes are designed to build strength, increase cardio and endurance, and help tone your body through muscle tone and fat loss at all different levels. We hear clients say 'it looks too intense..' then followed by "I'm addicted" thanks to the motivating trainers and music.
We highly encourage members to go at their own pace and keep it safe. We can't help it if members enjoy the session so much from getting pumped up that they start to go more and more intense.
HIIT circuit training is all about form and function as we constantly adjust lifting technique and hold workshops to improve form.
We don't recommend lifting heavy weights every day of the week as it can leave you with tight muscles or nasty injuries at worst which is why we offer pilates to help align your body and stretch for increased strength throughout a larger range of motion.
